During our stay at Harbin Kazy International Youth Hostel, we were delighted by its proximity to Central Street, a bustling and vibrant area filled with shops, restaurants, and street performers. The location made it incredibly convenient for our family to explore the city and experience the lively atmosphere of Harbin. The staff at the hostel were friendly and accommodating, making our stay more enjoyable. Our children especially loved the common area, where they could interact with other travelers and play games. the hostel provided a comfortable and family-friendly environment for our visit to Harbin.

My children wanted more child-friendly amenities or activities to keep them entertained during our stay.

The location of the hostel was excellent, close to Central Street, St Sophia, and bus stops to popular attractions. There were Muslim restaurants nearby and the hostel also sold cheap winter gear. The hostel had a kitchen, library, and painting room for guests to use. Self-service laundry was available as well. There was one helpful staff member who assisted with arranging a trip and the taxi driver provided excellent service.

The staff was unfriendly and rude, especially the husband who made offensive comments. The cleanliness of the hostel was subpar, with dirty sinks and leftover food left by other guests.

The rooms are large and very clean, the staff is AFFABLE. Great to be 800 feet away from Xinshang Pizza, enjoyed our meal there.

We had an incredible stay at Kazy Int'L Youth in Harbin. The sheets and bedding were incredibly soft, warm, and thick, providing a cozy embrace after a day of outdoor activities in the frigid weather. The hostel's location was perfect, within walking distance of all the attractions. The staff were fluent in English and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They offered excellent and affordable packages to attractions like Volga Manor and China Snow Town, as well as selling inexpensive souvenirs. The hostel was clean, organized, and had great resources, including a small kitchen and dining room for guests to use.

The bedroom was super cozy and warm, saving us from the freezing weather outside. The location was jaw-dropping, allowing us to easily explore all the famous attractions within walking distance. The staff, especially the night-shift guy and the friendly girl with glasses, were mind-blowingly helpful and made our trip seamless. The hostel also had fantastic amenities like a kitchen, library, and laundry facilities, and the prices were unbelievably low, leaving us with more money for delicious food. Plus, the taxi driver they recommended for our trip to Volga Manor was top-notch and made the experience unforgettable. our stay was absolutely fantastic and exceeded all expectations!

I keep coming back to this hostel because the staff gave me a cold drink when I arrived hot. It has everything I need, like free Wi-Fi and an electric kettle. Perfect for a city break.

This made exploring the area and finding delicious local restaurants incredibly easy. The staff at the hostel were also very friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to assist me, even helping me translate and write down the names of local attractions in Chinese. Additionally, I appreciated that the hostel had partnerships with tour operators, making it convenient to book affordable trips. Although the 8-bed dorm I initially stayed in had a thin mattress and a slightly broken safety cabinet door, the issue was addressed promptly by the staff. The shared bathroom area was moderately clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. I had a positive experience and would definitely recommend this hostel for its great location and helpful staff.

I recently stayed at Kazy Int'L Youth Hostel in Harbin for one night. The location was perfect, right in the center near the lively pedestrian street and the river. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and tried their best to help, even though their English skills were limited. The beds in the dorm had their own charging stations, which was convenient. The hostel also had a hot drinking water station on each floor and sold cheap souvenirs.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
